How pageviews are counted: We count 1 pageview per page load covered by DropUI. Multiple campaigns on the same page do not increase the counter. Stores are counted across the whole account: the same store used in multiple campaigns still counts as 1 store, while different stores or websites count separately.

You send WhatsApp campaigns directly from DropUI. We handle sending and customer conversations, and billing clearly separates delivered and undelivered messages.
DropUI gives you the tools to send and handle WhatsApp in your store. You can send campaigns from day one. You import contacts with marketing consent or use contacts collected through DropUI popups, forms, and campaigns. The cost is made up of the Meta fee and a PLN 0.02 net DropUI fee for a delivered message.
Meta owns WhatsApp and charges its own fee for delivered messages. The rate depends on recipient country and message type, such as promotional, informational, or service. You can check official rates in the Meta pricing page. This is Meta's cost, not DropUI markup.
DropUI adds only PLN 0.02 net per delivered message. This makes WhatsApp in DropUI one of the lowest-cost options of this kind in Poland. For an undelivered message after sending has started, DropUI charges only a PLN 0.01 net technical fee, and Meta does not charge its fee.
Example for WhatsApp messages in the Marketing category: 1,000 messages delivered to recipients in Poland cost approximately PLN 154 net in total, or around PLN 0.154 per message. This includes Meta's current fee and the PLN 0.02 net DropUI fee for each delivered message. This estimate is valid as of August 23, 2026 and is based on the applicable Meta rate and USD/PLN exchange rate. Prices and exchange rates may change. We will help you calculate the exact cost before you send.
When the customer replies, you can chat with them in DropUI for 24 hours within the conversation window. That means you can ask follow-up questions, advise, and close the sale without starting another mass send.
AI credits
Your plan includes credits for conversations with the AI assistant. The assistant helps you come up with campaigns, write messages, and plan scenarios in DropUI.
The AI assistant helps you prepare an entire campaign. You can use it to develop an idea and scenario, prepare message copy and images, and create several variants for testing. You ask for what you need, and the assistant supports you at every stage of the process. Credits are used only when you actively use AI capabilities. Simply having access to the assistant in the dashboard does not cost extra.
If you use the credits included in your plan, you can buy more. Additional AI credits cost $0.06 each. Usage and remaining credits are visible in the DropUI dashboard.
In practice, credits help you move from an idea to a ready campaign faster, especially when you are unsure what to write, need a suitable image, or want to compare several message variants. You buy extra credits only when you actually need more work with the AI assistant.

Questions about plans and billing
Yes. The Free plan requires no credit card. It includes 1k monthly pageviews, 50 web push subscribers, 20 contacts, and 25 AI credits.
Choose the plan whose monthly pageview limit covers your store current traffic. If you do not know that number, start with Free and check usage in the dashboard.
One pageview is one load of a page connected to DropUI. The number of campaigns shown on that page does not increase the count.
You can move to a higher plan. Business has no pageview limit.
The table shows the monthly price equivalent. With yearly billing, you pay for the year upfront and save 25%.
AI credits are used to generate campaigns, copy, visuals, and variants.
WhatsApp is billed as an add-on to your plan. Meta adds a cost based on recipient country and message type. DropUI does not add markup to Meta rates and only charges a low technical fee for delivered messages.
