How pageviews are counted: We count 1 pageview per page load covered by DropUI. Multiple campaigns on the same page do not increase the counter. Stores are counted across the whole account: the same store used in multiple campaigns still counts as 1 store, while different stores or websites count separately.
You send WhatsApp campaigns directly from DropUI. We handle sending and customer conversations, and billing clearly separates delivered and undelivered messages.
DropUI gives you the tools to send and handle WhatsApp in your store. You can send campaigns from day one. You import contacts with marketing consent or use contacts collected through DropUI popups, forms, and campaigns. The cost is made up of the Meta fee and a $0.02 DropUI fee for a delivered message.
Meta owns WhatsApp and charges its own fee for delivered messages. The rate depends on recipient country and message type, such as promotional, informational, or service. You can check official rates in the Meta pricing page. This is Meta's cost, not DropUI markup.
DropUI adds only $0.02 per delivered message. This makes WhatsApp in DropUI one of the lowest-cost options of this kind. For an undelivered message after sending has started, DropUI charges only a $0.01 technical fee, and Meta does not charge its fee.
Example for WhatsApp messages in the Marketing category: 1,000 delivered messages cost approximately $39 in total, or around $0.039 per message. This includes Meta's current fee and the $0.02 DropUI fee for each delivered message. This estimate is valid as of August 23, 2026 and may vary by recipient country, message category, and current Meta rates. We will help you calculate the exact cost before you send.
When the customer replies, you can chat with them in DropUI for 24 hours within the conversation window. That means you can ask follow-up questions, advise, and close the sale without starting another mass send.
Billing questions
An active contact is someone you send email or WhatsApp messages to during a billing month. Each person counts only once, regardless of the number of messages, stores or channels. The limit resets every month.
Free includes up to 20 active contacts per month, storage for up to 20 contacts, 1,000 store page views per month, 50 Web Push subscribers, 25 AI credits (one-time) and 30 days of statistics history. The number of campaigns, stores and domains is unlimited. You can also send one email campaign as a one-time allowance.
We notify you when you reach the limit and pause messages to new recipients. You can still message contacts who are already active that month. To reach more people, upgrade your plan or wait for the limit to reset.
With a Free account, you can send one email campaign to up to 20 recipients as a one-time allowance. To send more campaigns, choose a paid plan with unlimited campaign sends.
Paid plans are billed monthly. The price depends on the active contact limit you choose. All prices include tax. No VAT is added to the displayed price.
Free includes 25 one-time AI credits that do not renew. Once they run out, choose a paid package to continue using AI. All paid packages include unlimited AI at no extra charge. Conversations in Help mode are free in every package.
